Add View context menu item missing

Question

I am reading a music store tutorial (ASP.NET 3 / Razor). After I created the main controller and the index action, I right-clicked throughout the body of the index action (and declaration) and the "Add View" is not displayed.

I tried Ctrl + M, Ctrl-V, but he says that this combination is "associated with a command (Add View ...), which is currently unavailable."

Note: this is VS 2010; I installed the NDjango NuGet package, which I thought caused it. But even after removing this package, the problem remains.
