You do not need to set spring or hibernate in eclipse to use it!
Spring and Hibernate are frameworks that can be used in applications. Eclipse is just an IDE for writing code.
If you want to have support in Eclipse for writing Hibernate and spring configuration files, you need some eclipse plugins:
- Eclipse Dali JPA Tools that are part of Eclipse WTP and part of Eclipse Java EE or Hibernate Tools
- Spring IDE or spring Toolbox
Spring Tool Suite, Eclipse (3.6.1 STS 2.5.2) Java EE ( JPA) spring IDE spring.
BTW: STS wizzard spring .
