Get "No Service" in Android Emulator

Android newbie. I am just writing a Google Maps application, but when I launch my Android emulator, it displays a “No maintenance” message and I can’t see the actual map. A couple of days ago, everything worked fine, and I was able to connect. In fact, this did not affect this.

Any idea what could happen?

The emulator is trying to somehow sniff the Internet connection at startup. If he does not find something that he likes, he pretends to be offline. You can say this by the signal strength icon - instead of the usual two bars, you get zero bars and X.
