The effect of the rubber band in android - with movement

I create a Rubber Band effect in mine ListView.

To do this, I created a class that extends AdapterView<Adapter>. When the user lifts the mouse, I again set the coordinate so that it is rearranged again, and a similar effect occurs, but the problem is that there is no motion effect. So can someone tell me how I can provide a motion effect?
