Visual Studio 2010 - Power Tools: Moving Up Lines Does Not Work

I absolutely loved Alt + Up Arrow in VS 2010 Pro Power. http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/d0d33361-18e2-46c0-8ff2-4adea1e34fef/view/Discussions/all

Now I can not make it work, and I'm not sure how to display it. Perhaps even ReSharper is involved.

If you help me, I love you. I'm a broken man without a Move Line Up / Down

A few things to check:

  • Pro Tools are not disabled.
  • There is a problem with the non-English version of Visual Studio. You are using a non-English version of VS.

Before vs2013, you need to install the extension with the name movelinein order to make the key alt + upand alt + downwork.
