How to insert draw box with html code in Mechanical Turk?

Am I creating a HIT for Mechanical Turk and I cannot (with html code) add a draw * block? He continues to give me the error "Dhtml template Must contain a question."

* This field is like Microsoft Paint, with only one brush, where the user draws by dragging a click.
