Maven Release Plugin: SNAPSHOT Release

I know this is not a good practice for releasing a project with SNAPSHOT dependencies.

But I would like to know if there is a way, we can make maven release plugin for release with SNAPSHOT dependencies?

Are there any parameters that I can pass to the maven release plugin to accept the version of SNAPSHOT dependencies on release?

You can use the option allowTimestampedSnapshotsfor release:prepare. This seems to have been added to address use cases in which SNAPSHOT dependencies are unavoidable.
