Create Facebook events outside the main Facebook site

Say I have a business website for a restaurant, and a book client for a large group. Is there a way that I could include in the booking process so that the client can create a facebook event from the restaurants website. I know that the client must somehow enter facebook from the restaurant’s website, but can any details be already filled in at the event, for example, where is the event, time and picture for the event?
