TinyMCE: List All Content in a Bulleted List?

Question

Is it possible for all content placed in the tinyMCE text box to be wrapped in a bulleted list?

i.e. All content will be wrapped in <ul>, and each line break in the text box will create a new<li>

I know that I can add it as an option, but is there a way to force all the text into a list?

You can set force_root_block , which defaults to "p" or "div". But I don’t think it will work. In my tinymce p is replaced by ul, but you will need to insert li using your own plugin, because there is no such functionality by default in tinymce.
