IOS Getting ActionSheet-Like Buttons

Question

I have an iPhone iOS app for which I need Action Sheet buttons located outside the action sheet. I am talking about these buttons:

I saw how the eBay iPhone application does this and then has the same button as the blue one, but I just can't figure out how to do it. I pondered and searched for this for several days. Any help would be appreciated!
