Is an object model a model replacement in mvc

Question

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question, but if I use an entity framework, I don’t need to create model classes manually? Does an entity model change the need for a model?

Suggestions are welcome for a fully functional pen :)

I voted for this question because people ask me a lot about it, and I think there is an important interpretation of this design pattern.

The model in MVC has the sole purpose of acting as a bag of properties that must be passed between the controller and the view.
