How to configure spring web stream using jsf 2.0?

I have a JSF2.0 integration issue as a view technology for spring web stream. I managed to make it "almost" work, it remains only to configure ajax support for JSF2.0.

Ajax requests are sent, responses from the server are accepted, but the response does not cause the component to be re-rendered.

A few tips to help solve the problem:

  • When it comes to creating .js links to resources, JSF behavior is wrong. JSF is trying to access the following link:

    http: // localhost: 8080 / $ {context_path} / $ {stream_name} /javax.faces.resource/ jsf.js ? n = javax.faces This gives 404 back. I had to hardcode the following link in the template in order to get ajax support:

    http: // localhost: 8080 / $ {context path} /javax.faces.resource/ jsf. js.faces ? ln = javax.faces (I found this link after disabling the web stream and studying the source code of a simple JSF processed page)

  • I assume the JSF configuration is correct. If I remove the web stream from the processing chain, everything works as expected. Links are OK, component re-rendering is OK

  • If I open my services as @ManagedBean (JSF's own approach) and do not use spring supported beans, the rendering works fine, but I cannot interact with the web stream and the stream variables (the web stream does not see native @ManagedBeans), and yet I have to use hard-coded links.
