How to Deploy a WCF Workflow Service Application on Windows 7 / IIS 7

I have a WCF workflow service application in .NET 4.0 and we usually deploy it to Windows Server 2008.

To do this, I create a deployment package in VS 2010 that creates .zip. I open IIS 7, select a site, and right-click to select Expand | Import.

However, for development purposes, I want to run this on my desktop. I don’t see how to make zip for IIS 7 on Windows 7. I created the site, but I did not receive the Deploy parameter when I right-clicked.

How do I deploy?
