I have a specific question. I sent iCalendar files to the iCal4j library , but now I need the iCalendar recipient not to be able to offer a new time. Thus, the “offer a new time” button does not work.
When I sent a meeting request from 2010 and disabled the “Allow new time suggestions” option, then the X-MICROSOFT-DISALLOW-COUNTER property is set to true . This option seems to work with Outlook 2010, but does not agree with Outlook 2007.
Does anyone have any ideas for another property?

ICal4j Code:
XProperty xprop = new XProperty("X-MICROSOFT-DISALLOW-COUNTER","TRUE");
vEvent.getProperties().add(xprop);
Edit
, Outlook 2007 X-MICROSOFT-DISALLOW-COUNTER: TRUE, , , , .
