Any recommendations on Qatar covering generics and delegates in C #?

Most of my team members can code generics and delegates, but they always require a quick look at the documentation or an example to start using our brains. Therefore, I thought that for our daily kata, we will consider these aspects for a couple of weeks, until we can read and write them with instinct.
