ASP.NET - SEO-friendly?

I would like to ask you guys about your opinion on SEO for services written in ASP.NET. I met an SEO specialist who says that it’s almost impossible to do SEO for services / portals written in ASP.NET because Googlebots don’t like the pages it creates. Can you confirm or refute this theory?
