Mobile phone emulator

Question

Is there everything in one emulator for testing mobile sites. Just using "media queries" and you need to test on phones that support iphone, blackberry, android and windows 7.

There is no solution that will work on all of these platforms, however, the SDKs for all include simulators / emulators, and the best part is that everyone except the iPhone is free.
