Upload to website from python

Question

I need my program (Python) to upload files (large reports) to services such as (rapidshare, megaupload or easyshare) and grab the URL that the site gives me (sends them to the user)

What is the easiest way (I think Selenium, but maybe he went too far)?

Which is the fastest (can I do this with mechanization?)?

How do you do this?

I would attack it with Selenium , even if it is really hard, I think it is easy to evaluate.
