Setting a custom browser as the default browser in blackberry

Question

I made my own browser - now I'm trying to make my own browser as the default browser, so when a user clicks on the Blackberry default browser, my Browser will open.

Can this be done?

Unfortunately, you cannot replace the system browser with your own browser.

And a poll in the background, as in another answer, speaks of a bad idea for several reasons, including the need to use a battery charge.
