Can I set a dynamic shortcut name when deploying a VS installation in a deployment project?

I would like to publish my application with a name (and a desktop shortcut) based on the configuration file.

Can I dynamically set the shortcut name when deploying using the VS deployment project?

PS. I mean, we have the option of pre-assembly and post-assembly. Is not it?

I am afraid the Windows installer does not support this. The shortcut name cannot be dynamically changed during installation:
