Realistic dice animation with a predefined result

I need to create a little dice game in Flash. The random number generator is external, and I have to create a 3D realistic animation of the cubes with this result.

I use Away3D engine and JigLib for physics. So far, the best idea that I have used is to do a lot of simulations and create a list of results and their corresponding input parameters (initial position, initial orientation and forces added to the RigidBody).

This does not work so well. Sometimes the result is different for the same parameters.

What is the best way to do this?
