Does Redis have a function roughly equivalent to the character feed function in CouchDB?

You might have created similar functionality using the Redis PUBSUB features. Of course, this is more work, but it may be worth a look into it.

If this function shows the channel of updated documents, then no, Redis does not have a current equivalent function.
