How to change row order in table view at runtime in iphone sdk

I am creating one application for the iPhone, but I have one problem when reordering the string at runtime, So can someone give me the source code or the method that will be used to reorder the string / cell at runtime .. (I want to put row / cells in place of another row / cell)
