If the project under source control is copied to another folder, is source control still maintained?

I set up my project to use SVN with Xcode for version control. Now, if I copy a project and paste it into another directory, will the new project also be under the control of the default source?

This will technically be another “working copy” of your project. If you open the project directory in the terminal, you can see the hidden directory .svn c ls -al. When you copy a project folder, hidden .svn directories will be copied. If you want to copy your project without all svn files, you will need to run svn export .

While all directories .svnfilled with SVN data are also copied, they MUST work, although I have never tried, and currently they do not have SVN based projects to try.
