Coldfusion Scheduled Tasks - Does the reset interval run every time a task is completed?

Question

Does anyone know that when starting a scheduled task in Coldfusion, it resets the interval timer, or does it start the task at the specified time interval no matter how long this task takes?

For example, I create a task to run every 10 minutes, which takes 5 minutes to run, starting at 12 hours. Will the task work at 12:00, then 12:10, then 12:20, etc. Etc.

Or it will work at 12:00, which takes 5 minutes, then at 12:15 ten minutes after the task is completed, then another 5 minutes to start, so that the next one starts at 12:30, etc. etc.

Hope this makes sense.
