ReSharper (or something like this) for SQL Server / T-SQL?

Are there any IDEs or extensions for the IDE that allow you to edit stored procedures as if they were programs, so if I were to place the cursor on the call to the stored procedure while editing the stored procedure, I could press F12 and that would load the stored procedure under the cursor in the IDE?

The ability to refactor a block of code into a new stored procedure will also be a welcome addition.

SSMS Tools has many useful features. I'm not sure that he will do exactly what Refactor does, but it’s worth taking a picture.
