Migrate ksh script from unix to linux

Question

I need to transfer several hundred ksh scripts from SunOS 5.10 to Linux 2.6.18-231.el5.

On SunOS, the ksh version is the M-11/16 / 88i version. on linux, version ksh - AJM 93t + 2010-02-02

There seem to be many differences between ksh on UNIX and Linux ...

Is there any document for a complete list of incompatibilities between ksh on UNIX vs Linux? Can anyone have any advice on this? Thank,
