"CA Root certificate not trusted" with SSL installed

I just installed SSL on Plesk, and when I go to https://www.domain.com in Chrome, I get the following error:

This CA Root Certificate is not trusted. To enable trust, install this certificate in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities Store.

Sort targets for using SSL. Any idea how I can delete this post?

Thanks in advance,

John

EDIT: I bought SSL from GoDaddy, and I would expect it to be a trusted authority.
