ExtJS: Is there a way to manage memory?

We are creating a fairly large extjs application with many windows and components, etc. Are there any “best practices” or features to keep memory in check?

When learning about Chrome’s resource usage, every time I open a window, memory usage increases (which makes sense) but doesn't close when I close it. If I open one window again, it will rise again

Closing the window probably just hides it.

Try deleting a variable using javascript to remove the operator
