Any other method for simulating mouse user input than WinAPI?

I know that there were some questions in this thread, but the ones I would like to ask are somewhat more specific:

Is there any other way to simulate mouse movement than throw WinAPI calls everywhere? If so, is this good compared to wrapping these calls in my class?

For the record: “mouse movement”, I mean all the clicks and repositioning, preferably, but not necessarily, with a visible animation of the cursor moving between positions.
