Display data in gridview from database

Does anyone know how to put database records in gridview in android? Or there is a tutorial that explains how to do this .plz help me, giving a complete example.

You will need a CursorAdapter .

• You need SQLiteOpenHelper to work (create, delete) using DB.

• You need a ContentProvider to get data from the database and return to the adapter.

• You need a CursorAdapter or SimpleCursorAdapter to populate the cells of the GridView.
