Cocoa WebView not accepting keystrokes?

Question

I am working on implementing WebView in Cocoa. I have a basic look and it works, but the problem I am facing is when I type a keyboard or an on-screen keyboard, I get a beep from my Mac and none of the characters actually appear in the web view text box .

I am browsing Apple’s web browsing reference guide, but cannot find anything related to this.

Any help is much appreciated!

Comment Omz solved the problem for me. I changed my NSWindow styleMaskto a style that could become a key window:

window.styleMask = NSTitledWindowMask
