My database uses uuid as primary keys, and the urls are:

Is it search engine friendly like Google? I can use autoincreased long integer as primary keys too, better?

URL will be:

It’s impossible to answer with certainty, since Google keeps a secret ranking algorithm (and updates it often), but I doubt it matters anyway.

However, generally speaking, if you want to improve search engine ranking, include keywords in your URLs (as StackOverflow does). Your web application can simply use your unique identifier and ignore these additional URLs.
