Java GUI development?

Question

I made a program in C # and I tried to port it to java. The GUI design is as follows: http://img507.imageshack.us/img507/7728/34685005.png

Lost dividing lines starting after Client Downloader, passing through Version 1.0 and stopping before Client Downloader. Are these lines available in java? I am using jFormDesigner and I am not sure if these lines exist.

If they are available, what did they call? Thank.

Firstly, if you are trying something complicated, I would suggest not using the GUI tool, but copy it manually instead.
