How to create a shared project containing only one folder in netbeans 6.9

how to create a shared project containing only one folder in netbeans 6.9? In eclipse I can do this, but in netbeans sometime I just want to organize some files related to some category, so I want to create one project containing only a folder and files, but now it seems that this is not possible.

if anyone has the same problem and can share your experience, thanks.

When I need to have access to a collection of files located in a folder or group of subfolders, and I don’t need much IDE support, I add a top-level folder to the Favorites tab. From there, I can open any file in the editor and execute other file system commands available to NetBeans. If you are using a version control system supported by NetBeans with this collection of files, these commands should also be available to you. What is not available is things like Build and Debug, etc. (Obviously).

If you do not see the Favorites tab (it will be located in Projects, Files, Services, etc.), open the Window menu and click Favorites.
