Debugging Rails 3, how do I get Debugger to start with the post-mortem option?

If you pass the parameter --debuggerto rails server, it will load the Rack Debugger (I believe). However, it does not start it with the post-mortem option. How and where can I stop this debugger and run it with debugging turned on?
