What does <a: theme> mean in OpenXML?

I am trying to understand the contents of an internal OpenXML spreadsheet file. In some file I found this line. Other tags have the same prefix. Tags can also have prefixes p: w: etc.

Can you help me change the meaning of these prefixes in tags?
