Which online service logs your user exclusions?

A few months ago I came across a service where you could make your comments on the report on your code on your website, and then you can get an overview of all the exceptions your users have. Unfortunately, I did not add a bookmark to the page, and I cannot remember the URL.

Does anyone know about such a service? It doesn’t matter if he found the same site that I found or not. It would be nice if it supports iOS (iPhone os).

Weather vane supports this. I have several applications that log exceptions, and this works very well. Their simplest Flurry integration guide includes steps for registering exceptions.
