I tried SMF, SmoothStreaming Client and MediaElement.

None of them worked. Formats are either asx or wma.

When you broadcast live radio, the stream can be encoded by the IceCast server or the ShoutCast server. To read these streams, you will need to decode the stream in memory and pass it to the MediaElement after decoding it.
