Hover over image to get print dialog?

Question

I have an ad placement system that randomly selects the displayed image. The user can click on it to go to the corresponding website, and he has a border that appears when it freezes.

However, when customers put up an ad, I want it to display an option (possibly in the corner of the image) (ads are coupons that can be used in brick and mortar establishments).

Or perhaps if usability dictates, I need a link right below the ad to start a print dialogue. A.
