Is the Deep Links request API available for Windows Phone 7 applications on the market?

I saw a couple of websites that list Windows Phone 7 apps from the deep link market.

Is the API available for the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace, which allows me to request and possibly create a better Marketplace?

To request a market, you can use a service that uses the Zune desktop software (you can use a violinist to find out which service it calls to receive data about applications).

For example, if you want to search for XYZ in the market for applications, the following URL will return XML data that you can parse and display the data.
