Where is the selection tool for WPF Designer in Visual Studio 2010?

Question

I am stuck at a crosshair and cannot figure out how to get to the arrow cursor so that I can select elements on the design surface. I think the toolbar had a white arrow at the top of each category, but this is not like VS 2010.

Please, help!

Good. It turns, I need to reset my toolkit. I think Blend may have done something weird.
