Usage of rights in init script in it EC2 Centos 5.4 AMI

I searched for EC2 EBS Pentos 5.4 AMI storage in the AMI community, and in the end I found that Rightcale AMI (I think they called RightImage).

Now I created an instance using this AMI, but I found that there is Rightscale material inside which worries me about the safety of its use. I found out that this AMI has the following files: /etc/init.d/rightimage /etc/init.d/rightlink /etc/init.d/rightscale / Home / ec2 / Home / s3sync (there may be more other files, which I have not yet discovered)

I know that I can look into the script and folder and see what they do, but since many users here recommend using AIMC in CommandCale Centos in EC2, I hope that there are already some gurus who know what the mentioned script and folder did and could advise me i) whether it is safe to delete them. (I'm more worried about whether my server data will be safe with this AMI) ii) any installed applications in AMI RightScale that should be removed

And if you think that there are other free EC2 Centos AMI that are reliable and reliable, also suggest, thanks!
