The problem is public key cryptography

I have a problem in PKC

Consider the following scenario

when the sender needs to send a message to the recipient:

• sender generates encryption text. Using public key
• . use decryptable private key.

So my problem is the sender does not generate any keys? and how is the recipient’s public key sent to the sender?

That's right, the sender does not need to have any encryption keys - he only needs the recipient’s public key to encrypt the message, which only the receiver can decrypt.
