Tkdiff how to ignore line endings

Using tkdiff on a unix platform, I tried to change the whitespace option in the settings window as -wor -b, none of which ignore the differences in carriage return (unix / pc.)

-w works with diff from the command line.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

If the same problem, a google search landed on me here and the answer did not help me. tkdiff uses diff internally to differentiate, so I spent a few minutes trying to use all the options, including --strip-trailing-cr, which doesn't help.

Here are the options that work - use -B along with -w so that tkdiff ignores all spaces, including blank lines.

tkdiff -w -B

GNU diff, --strip-trailing-cr. , tkdiff, .
