Are devices removed and later added back to the maximum device number in the Provisioning Portal?

The maximum number of 100 registered devices per year in the iOS Provisioning Portal is a strict limit, especially since the advent of the iPad and iPhone 4. In our group of beta testers that can probably be deleted, there are a certain number of devices - BUT there is little chance these devices will be needed again.

Now my questions are: will the remote device be considered a new device if it is added later?

Bonus question: when will the limit of 100 devices per year from remote devices be released? When updating an agreement with an iOS developer or at the end of a calendar year? (For me, this is similar to the previous one, but both dates are close to each other in our case, so I can’t say for sure.)

Unfortunately yes.

Bonus question: when will the limit of 100 devices per year be exempted from remote devices? when is the update agreement with the iOS developer or at the end of the calendar year?

You will be able to register 100 new devices in exactly one year. Even if you have once again confirmed your agreement.
