How to remove the application in the iphone store

I have an app in the App Store on iphone, it has both Lite and Full. Lite has ads and limited features.

What I want to do is that I want the full version to be free and supported by ads, so Lite has no reason to exist, and then I want to remove it from the AppStore. Or is there a way to combine these two applications into one? in this case, my old users can switch to a new fully functional free application.

You cannot "join them together." You will need to change the code of your full version to support ads and change the price. In iTunes Connect, you can simply remove the lite version from the App Store.

Since your new application will be free, current users can simply download the free application. Until you change the Bundle identifier, any stored user information will remain in tact during the update.

To remove an application from the App Store, you will need to uncheck all areas of the application store in the Application Summary> Rights and Prices . This will remove your application from sale.
