For testing purposes, etc. I need 1) Ways to reduce bandwidth when connecting (in each direction) 2) Simulate a broken connection. 3) Measure the bandwidth, maybe see what happens.
I'm thinking of something like a proxy, or maybe something is connecting to Apache / Tomcat
(Should look like a http / URI client for the client)
