Visual Studio 2010 ClickOnce prerequisites from the same place

I am using clickonce publishing and want .net 3.5 environment and others as prerequisites. I chose the option to download prerequisites from the same folder as my application. I also placed the redistributable .net 3.5 exe in a folder on the server where the application will be published. I publish via FTP over the Internet on the server where the users are located.

However, VS will not allow me to post a message stating that it cannot find the necessary conditions on disk. Does this mean that I must have some prerequisites installed on my developer's machine, and that all these files will be uploaded by FTP to the server every time I publish a new version on the server?

This will be a huge amount of data to download from my slow DSL download link.

Any insight?

The list of prerequisites available for selection depends on the available bootstrapper packages present on the computer on which Visual Studio is installed. Installation Visual Studio installs the default set of bootstrapper packages and the ones you use.

For Visual Studio 2010, they are installed in the following location:

%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0A\Bootstrapper\Packages

, . boostrapper . , boostrapper.NET 3.5 SP1 - .

, .NET Framework 3.5 1 (SP1) .

, , , , , .
