Export Eclipse Slices

How to export my Eclipse fragments so that I can reuse them on another computer?

Display fragment view: Window → Show view → Other ... → General → Fragments

Right-click on the fragment view → Configure ...

Choose a category of fragments

Export

If you add a new fragment, the wizard opens. In this window you can export your fragments!

In another workspace, go to the same place, but import and select the file that you created above. This will add the saved templates to the list.

Java also has certain code templates (i.e. code fragments that are introduced when creating a new method, class, etc.). This process is similar here for import / export.
